Gregor Wolf 5193f47fff Added cell merge to demo report ZDEMO_EXCEL9 as there was a problem reported in issue #64 that data validations could not be combined with cell merges. 
Little correction to revidion 125 of method get_dimension_range in class ZCL_EXCEL_WORKSHEET.
