Gregor Wolf 7f94e7c77a Correct the ZCL_EXCEL_READER_2007 to fix issue #45. The multi table testfile raised another error that was fixed by adjusting the method get_dimension_range in class ZCL_EXCEL_WORKSHEET. Now this method returns A1 when the sheet is empty.
