Tomek Mackowski be4d8fe6e7 re #44 improve previous fix for #44 and solve issue from https://cw.sdn.sap.com/cw/thread/15813?tstart=0. Cell value node should be created only in case there is non-zero length value string. This mimics Excel behavior which also omits this node for cells which have just style or formula.
