6973b695b6 refactoring, close #3 
doing a diff will no longer fetch the repository again
installing a new repository will no longer refresh the other repositories
plus fixed some bugs introduced yesterday

e66db7f33f deflate implementation, issue #122 
fix very slow decompression
not closing the issue right now as it still could use some refactoring
getting it out there so it can be tested, if it doesnt work roll back to version 0.80

on test repository the runtime went from 330 seconds to 30 seconds

WDYN: sort xml contents to try making sure its the same across systems
