e3ba6b5053 Added workaround to loading zero-length files 
Changed the use of CL_ABAP_ZIP to use the FILES attribute rather than use the SPLICE method, as the latter does not return zero-length files

51db93b499 html refactoring, render sequence refactoring 
- refactor lcl_html_helper (renamed to lcl_html, additional methods)
- icons rendered with lcl_html->icon
- some common html chunks moved to lcl_gui_chunk_lib
- lcl_gui_page_super renamed to lcl_gui_page
- page structure rendering concentrated in lcl_gui_page->render

c2ab83ed64 Removed invalid mix of EXPORTING with RETURNING 
- And conforming parameter names with project's style
- And now the lines are added to the table inside the auxiliary methods (since we are now EXPORTING and thus can no longer call the method directly in the INSERT command.

94cb868745 Dynamicaly accessing fields for 702 compatibility 
The following fields still don't exist in structure s_controller in version 702:
-controller_exceptions
-controller_exception_texts

So we remove any direct reference to them and access them dynamically

This required changes in 3 places of class LCL_OBJECT_WDYN.
