Adds transport number for `zif_abapgit_object~deserialize` and `zif_abapgit_object~delete` to pass the transport number to the object classes.

Uninstall of enhancements failed with "Action cancelled" error and left object locked.
Removed call of `save` since calling `delete` method is sufficient. Also added `run_dark` for `delete`.

Since all object handler contains exactly the same CASE statement for STEP definition, I would recommend that each object handler simply returns the STEP he belongs to.
This fix should "simply" issue #2499.
